We are pleased to announce that—because of your volunteer fundraising efforts and donations—we were able to approve numerous grant requests in June, tailored to our mission of helping our community with housing affordability and quality of life issues. We congratulate and commend these well deserving nonprofits for the work they do in San Mateo County. We know that the funds we have granted will be put to great use in helping hundreds of people in our communities," said Suzan Wallace, SAMCAR Foundation Council Chair.
The SAMCAR Foundation is a separate 501(c)3 Public Benefit Corporation (Tax ID 94-3163126) and is funded in large part by generous conrtibutions from SAMCAR members and friends, in addition to several annual fundraising events and support from annual corporate sponsors.
